Studies and work on the completeness and extension of a very high speed electronic communications network (FTTH) on the public initiative area of the territory of the department of Ain. The contract concluded will be a concept-fulfillment framework agreement (article L. 2171-2 of the Public Order Code) which is mono-attributable to purchase orders, made pursuant to Articles R. 2162-3 et seq. of the Public Order Code.
