The assignment includes the collection, transport, treatment and disposal of plastic waste for the City of Copenhagen (including ARC's catchment area), I / S ARGO and I / S Vestforbrænding (option). In the tender, the City of Copenhagen represents the entire I / S ARC's catchment area (Dragør, Frederiksberg, Hvidovre, Copenhagen and Tårnby) and handles the tendering task on behalf of everyone involved.

The offer includes 3 separate framework agreements (sub-agreements 1-3). The tenderer must submit a total tender for all 3 partial agreements. The evaluation of tenders for the sub-contracts is done together, with the sub-contracts being awarded to one and the same tenderer.

Note: The Framework Agreement (Sub-agreement 3) regarding West Combustion has the nature of an option, since West Combustion is not obliged to enter into an agreement based on the offer. If Vestforbrænding wishes to exercise the option, the supplier will be notified by 31 August 2020. Tenderers must thus continue to tender their offer for the Framework Agreement on Vestforbrænding (Part Agreement 3) until 31 August 2020.

The assignment includes the collection, transport, processing and marketing of approx. 2,200 tonnes of plastic waste in 2020 (August 1 - December 31), approx. 5,400 tonnes in 2021 and 5,500 tonnes in 2022 (optional).
