Lot 1: EVB-IT system supply contract for the supply of digital display devices (TouchPanel) of the type “Promethean ActivPanel Titanium” 75 inch, 4K including didactic flipchart software and didactic software for bidirectional integration of mobile devices. Other services include installation and (wall) assembly (including delivery of the required mounting material), the dismantling and disposal of the old chalkboards previously used and the supply of OPS Windows PCs.

The city of Leverkusen intends to optimize the digital equipment of schools as part of the DigitalPakt School funding program. The focus of the activities is on improving the basic IT structure. In addition to expanding passive networks and providing centrally controlled, nationwide WiFi, the possibilities of digital presentation in classrooms are to be further expanded. All 41 cities are affected. Schools in the city of Leverkusen, which are spread across 43 school locations in the city.

Against this background, the subject of the call for proposals is a framework agreement in two lots. The client is the city of Leverkusen. The information agreement Leverkusen GmbH carries out the tender on behalf of and on behalf of the city of Leverkusen. Each lot is staffed by a company.

The schools in the city of Leverkusen are partly burdened with knot-containing materials that are located in the walls, plastering or wall paints. Therefore, only fitters may be used who have a certificate of expertise in accordance with TRGS 519 ANNEX 4 A+B (“small asbestos certificate”).

The referring persons must have the advanced training “training specialist” from Promethean in lot 1. The advanced training may not be older than 24 months ago.
