The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and breaking timber, meadow and agricultural management and hunting to be carried out in Czarne Człuchowskie Forest District in 2022.

The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and breaking timber, meadow and agricultural management and hunting to be carried out in Czarne Człuchowskie Forest District in 2022.

2. The scope of the subject of the contract shall include the total quantities of works in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection, harvesting and ripping of timber, meadow and agricultural management and hunting, resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

Annex No 3.6 — List of surfaces where the PROTECTION of NALOTS AND SUMMARIES is planned;

3. The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated.

4) Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract, are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works” in organizational units State Forests, and Decision No 69 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Szczecinek of 8 October 2021amending Decision No 22 of 7 May 2021on the introduction of the “Regional description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works” into application.

The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the object of the contract contained in the Annex No 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works).

5. Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 4 to SWZ.

6. A description of the principles of the procedure for receiving forestry works is set out in Annex 4 to SWZ.

7) The implementation of the works included in the subject of the contract for individual Packages will take place in the area of forestry — relevant for the Package in question (“Package Execution Area”). The location (forest address) of individual forestry works falling within the scope of the subject of the Agreement as indicated in Annexes 3.1. — 3.3. The location (forest address) of the individual works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement shall be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3 (1), with the provision that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.

8) In view of the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the execution of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, enhancement adjustments, new location, as well as pausing the steps indicated in each line of tables describing the subject of the order. Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works, not covered by the scope of the contract, and reductive adjustments do not imply a complete abandonment of part They should be understood as increasing the amount of work in a single location (forest address) in the Package Realization Area (including locations in the Package Realization Area not pre-indicated in the SWZ).
