The subject of the tender is the preparation of expert reports on the extra-high voltage influence of external lines. The project comprises two existing pipelines with lengths of approx. 73 km (Borken – Gießen/Nord) and 51 km (Gießen/Nord – Karben), a total of approx. 124 km, as well as a further line no. LH-11-3024 Karben - Großkrotzenburg with a length of 20 km.

In order to protect the confidentiality of the contracting entity's information in the procurement documents, a non-disclosure agreement should be concluded.

The Contractor is responsible for the expert opinions in the context of extra-high voltage influencing of external lines. These are the preliminary investigations and, in part, the associated data acquisition (lot 3 mandatory) and, if applicable, the main inspections.

The Contractor must provide the Client with the data and information required for the proper and professional execution of the order in good time and, if necessary, qualify it for procurement (e.g. spatial and content-related limitations). Insofar as the required data cannot be provided by the Client, the Contractor must obtain it from the Client after prior approval. The data collected will be handed over to the Client for further use. If necessary, the corresponding rights of use for TenneT-wide use must be obtained. If this is not possible, this must be reported to the Client and the further procedure must be coordinated with him. The technical calculation parameters required for an in-depth investigation of the extra-high voltage influence of third-party infrastructures as well as the exact route route will be obtained by the Contractor if necessary and after consultation with the Client and made available to the Client digitally.
