The Purchaser does not allow the submission of variants.

The contracting authority does not provide for the award of supplementary contracts.

The contracting authority does not allow partial bids. The subject of the contract is not divided into parts for organizational, technical and economic reasons. Division of the contract would cause excessive technical difficulties and increase the costs of performing the contract, and would require coordination of the activities of the various economic operators performing the contract.

Pursuant to Article 94(1)(1) of the Act, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to apply for a public contract only to contractors whose percentage employment rate of disabled persons within the meaning of the Act of 27 August 1997 on vocational and social rehabilitation and employment of disabled persons (Journal of Laws of 2021, items 573 and 1981 and of 2022, item 558), is greater than 50% of the persons employed by the contractor or its unit that will perform the contract
