(1) The subject matter of the contract is the purchase of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Law of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129, as amended) for facilities owned by the Municipality of Nieporęt and organizational units of the municipality, in accordance with Annex No. 3 to the SWZ in 2023.
(1) The subject matter of the contract is the purchase of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Law of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129, as amended) for facilities owned by the Municipality of Nieporęt and organizational units of the municipality, in accordance with Annex 3 to the SWZ.
2) The estimated electricity demand for all facilities within 12 months from the start of energy supply is approximately 3 174 359 kWh.
3) All entities covered by these proceedings have concluded contracts until 31.12.2022.
4) All systems in tariff group B are adapted to the TPA service.
5) Purchase of electricity for facilities listed in detail in Annex 3 to the SWZ:
a) G11 tariff – estimated annual electricity demand is: 1 430 kWh.
b) Tariff C11 – estimated annual electricity demand is: 635 578 kWh.
c) Tariff C12b – estimated annual electricity demand is: 950 627 kWh.
d) Tariff C21 – estimated annual electricity demand is: 1 314 959 kWh.
e) C12a tariff – estimated annual electricity demand is: 217 677 kWh.
f) C11o tariff – estimated annual electricity demand is: 54 088 kWh.
Assumptions of the contract:
1) The Contractor is obliged to perform the activities resulting from the power of attorney constituting Annex 2 to the contract;
2) The contractor is obliged in each case to apply energy prices not higher than those offered in the tender;
3) The Contractor may not assert any financial claims (e.g. compensation) from the Contracting entity or the End Customers if, during the term of the contract, the Contracting Authority or individual End Users purchase from the Contractor a smaller or greater amount of electricity than the estimated demand for electricity specified in the SWZ;
4) The contract will be concluded with the Nieporęt Commune Office and other organizational units of the commune;
5) Electricity must meet the requirements set out in § 38 of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system.
