The subject matter of the present proceedings is the award of general contractor services for the construction of the "Energiezentrale Waldäcker III".

Stadtwerke Ludwigsburg-Kornwestheim GmbH intends to build the "new energy centre Waldäcker III - Ludwigsburg". The project envisages the construction of a combined heat and power plant with a separate outbuilding as a control centre.

The subject matter of the present proceedings is the award of general contractor services for the construction of the energy centre. The building is to be erected as a solid structure in reinforced concrete. The combined heat and power plant does not have a basement or is provided with an installation/crawl space. The loads of the building are transferred to the ground by means of vibrating tamping columns. The separate foundation for the chimney of the plant is planned with micropiles. The adjacent building, which serves as a control center, will have a full basement and will have a shallow foundation. The buildings are not subject to the GEG. Both buildings are therefore planned without an insulated façade construction and are intended as exposed concrete. The roofs will receive a 2-layer bituminous roof waterproofing with thermal insulation as condensation protection. Coating work on the floor slab as well as wall and column plinths as a coating are also provided. Precast concrete elements are provided for flights of stairs and platform formations.

The service also includes locksmiths and steel construction work (doors as steel doors with and without sound insulation requirements, railing constructions on stairs, as well as an external staircase as a cantilevered steel structure with cladding).

On the façade, cladding is carried out by means of expanded metal on the substructure in some areas.

The outdoor facilities with the necessary digging work for the on-site routes, paved traffic areas, fences in some areas and the plantings are part of the overall service.

- Excavation work for the construction of a construction pit for the construction of an energy center with control room

- Partially contaminated excavation; Excavation for disposal or partial intermediate storage and backfilling

- civil engineering works

- Drainage sewer work with separator/retention function

- Subsoil improvement with vibratory tamping columns and micropiles

- Shell construction:

- Construction of foundations, floor slabs, columns, walls and ceiling for power plant and outbuildings as well as staircases partly with precast concrete elements, components such as part of the outer walls and floor slab mainly in water-impermeable construction, drainage.

- Roof waterproofing work with bituminous roofing and thermal insulation.

- Metallbauarbeiten:

- Steel doors with different requirements, staircase on the outside with cladding, railing constructions on the inside and façade cladding with expanded metal

- Outdoor facilities with paths, green areas and fences
