The purpose of the Framework Agreement (CA) is to define the conditions applicable to subsequent contracts (Ms) to be concluded subsequently by ANFR, for the supply of measuring accessories in the Hf/Uhf/Vhf/Shf and EHF bands, hereinafter referred to as "the equipment". Equipment is essentially RF components and systems used for radio signals. RF equipment is the essential element of on-board measurement equipment (spectrum analyzers and receivers) on board technical vehicles, to adapt to particular situations encountered in the field. These are mainly cables, filters, amplifiers, antennas, loads, attenuators and various adapters operating in the Hf/Uhf/Vhf/Shf and EHF frequency bands.
