This is not a new tender, as this is part of the announcement on 5 June 2021 on TenderNed with the attribute 315870 and TED on June 3, 2021, with the characteristic 2021/S 109-287102.

The reason is that Parcel 2 (Education Route) has been suspended until further notice. This is why it was decided to disconnect this from parcel 1 and 3, because the procurement software (Mercell, Negometrix) cannot operate with different schedules per lot.

As of January 1, 2022, the new Integration Act will enter into force. In this new system, municipalities will be given the role of the integration process. This includes, among other things, the obligation to offer different learning routes to all citizenasylum status holders. This means that this tender is about purchasing the different learning routes for asylum status holders (citizens).

The new system contains three learning routes to comply with the integration obligation. The starting point is that everyone is at the highest possible language level. Three learning routes are included in the law (Education Route, B1 Route, Self-sufficiency Route). The integration obligation follows the route that best suits his abilities and possibilities. Within the learning routes there is room for customization.
