The purpose of this procurement is to meet the contracting authority's need for water and sewage materials.

The contracting authority will enter into a framework agreement for water and sewage materials. Horten municipality procures water and sewage materials for its own investment, operation and maintenance work. In addition, materials are procured when external actors carry out the excavation work. The contract also covers general HVAC products for the operation of Horten municipality's buidlings.
