The subject of the Order is the supply of mechanical parts for Inspiro metro vehicles.
The subject of the Order is divided into 15 parts (tasks), in accordance with Annex 1 to the Technical Specification constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ. The contracting authority allows bidding for one or more tasks, with the proviso that the scope of the tender must cover the whole of individual tasks.
For the delivered products, the Contractor will provide a 24-month warranty on the terms specified in the model contract. In a period equal to the period of the guarantee granted by the Contractor, the subject of the contract will be covered by the warranty for defects.
During the examination of tenders, the contracting authority will apply the reverse procedure specified in Article 139 of the PPL. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of contracts specified in Article 214(1)(7) and (8) of the PPL and Article 388(2)(c) of the PPL.

The Ordering Party requires that the manufacturer of equivalent parts has implemented a Quality Management System in his company. The Contractor who offers the supply of equivalent parts together with the offer shall present the evidence referred to in point 12 of the SWZ, confirming respectively that the offered supplies meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority.
If the Contractor does not submit the evidence in question or the evidence submitted by it is incomplete, the Contracting Authority, acting pursuant to Article 107(2) of the PPL, will call for their submission or supplementation within the prescribed period.
