The object of the order is a service consisting of: Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste from property owners located within the Liw Community where residents reside, in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling and preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage. The object of the order is a service consisting of: Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste from property owners located within the Liw Community where residents reside, in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling and preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage. Type and frequency of collection of municipal waste and their transport:

1) Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste will be received from the property site with a frequency of:

- between 1 April and 31 October, once every two weeks,

- between November 1 and March 31 — once a month.

2) biowaste and hygiene waste will be received from the property with a frequency of:

- between 1 April and 31 October, once every two weeks,

- between 1 November and 31 March, once a month;

3) expired medicines and chemicals, residues of paints and varnishes, waste not eligible for household medical waste due to intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of the level of substances, in particular needles and syringes, and used batteries and batteries twice a year on the receiving dates of large-sized waste;

4) construction and demolition waste- as required after prior notification;

5) furniture and large-size waste and waste electrical and electronic equipment, used tyres and batteries, hazardous waste, paint twice a year on the receiving dates of large-sized waste;

6) metals, plastics and multi-stock packaging waste will be received from the property at a frequency of once a month;

7) ash will be received from the property from 1 October to 31 May — once a month;

8) paper and cardboard and glass will be received from the property site at a frequency of once every two months;

9) pharmaceuticals and chemicals - twice a year (in months: April and October).

10) The Contractor is obliged to empty containers /basket/ in public places within the Liw Municipality, within the same period as the collection of municipal waste mixed in individual localities and immediately for a telephone notification by the Ordering Party and keeping the sites after receiving the waste in due cleanliness.
