Transport of MGP (metal, glass, plastic) and PPP (paper, cardboard, soft plastic) from Contracting entities

Glamsbjerg for processing at Dansk Waste plant in Vojens shall be offered under the Procurement Act (Law No 1564 of 15 December 2015).

Contracting entities expect the following annual quantities to be collected and recycled during the period:

MGP:1,100 tons/year equivalent to about 150 containers per year

PPP:1,500 tons/year equivalent to about 110 containers per year

Volumes distribute evenly over the months of the year, but variations may occur as a result of weathering. The quantities may also vary from the above as a result of cyclical fluctuations (changing waste volumes) as well as any change in quality requirements for the fractions of the beneficiary of the fractions.

Therefore, the bidder must accept, without compensation, any fluctuations in relation to the reported annual volumes and the number of containers of +/- 25%.

Contracting entities have chosen not to divide the tender further into sub-agreements. For the sake of

the quality and consistency of the total tendered task assesses the Contracting entity

most appropriate with one unified Contract, like a breakdown, based on a

assessment of market conditions, not estimated to provide further

companies - including SMEs - the opportunity to make offers.
