Statsbygg requests tenders for the following assignments: 

2023/2292 - Project 1148703 - NTNU Campus Co-location - Consultancy assistance with calculations.

Candidates can sit in either Trondheim or Oslo. The workplace must be stated in the offer letter. Travel between locations must be expected. 

Statsbygg reserves the right to award contracts to several consultants.

The assignment is to be the builder's professional resource for calculations in the project as part of the PMO/project office.

The person who is offered must have a large involvement and implementation energy, be very familiar with the role of responsible professional for the field, have experience in and knowledge of best practice within calculations of construction projects, with the accompanying tools and management systems, as well as have experience from major and partly complex projects. 

The role is decisive for the builder in partnering contracts in order to challenge the contractor's calculations and ensure correct target prices/fixed prices in the different contracts. The consultant will cooperate with Statsbygg's basic organisation for exchanging experiences and will use Statsbygg's tools and management systems. The offered resource ought to have education at masters level, preferably additional education within uncertainty management/risk management and experience from equivalent roles from major and partly complex projects.
