1. The subject of this contract is the supply of electricity to the facilities of the Ordering Party – the Municipality of Andrespol and organizational units of the Municipality of Andrespol indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ, in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law, the Civil Code and executive acts issued on their basis. 2. The contract was divided into two lots: 1) Supply of electricity - tariff C and G 2) Supply of electricity - tariff B

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1a to the SWZ entitled "Description of the subject of the contract - Supply of electricity - tariff C and G" The Ordering Party acts on its own behalf and is entitled to conduct the tender procedure on behalf of all organizational units. 6. The Municipality of Andrespol shall conclude on its own behalf and on its own behalf and on its organizational units the contract resulting from this public procurement procedure under the open tender procedure for the supply of electricity to the facilities of the Ordering Party and organizational units of the Municipality of Andrespol.

The contracting authority acts on its own behalf and is entitled to conduct a tender procedure on behalf of all organizational units. The Municipality of Andrespol will conclude on its own behalf and organizational units the contract resulting from this procedure for the award of a public contract in the form of an unlimited tender for the supply of electricity to the facilities of the Ordering Party and organizational units of the Municipality of Andrespol.
