The scope of the order includes the purchase and installation of boilers for: pellet — 19 pcs., wood gasification boilers — 3 pcs., gas boiler — 54 pcs., oil boiler — 1 pc., electric boiler — 1 pc. Not exceeding a total power of 2 MWt. The proposed boilers must be made in the 5th class of energy efficiency and emissivity according to. PN-EN 303.5-2012, or according to the equivalent standard. The object of the order is the execution of complete design documentation and the supply and installation of heating equipment by replacing existing heating sources with modern energy-saving and eco-friendly heat sources supplying residential buildings in the territory of the municipality of Szydłowiec in design and build the system in accordance with the requirements of the SWZ and the PFU, together with obtaining the necessary arrangements and permits under the applicable laws. Complete design documentation (construction project, if required after experts, executive project broken down by industry, technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of works, object of works, post-construction documentation with legible changes introduced in the course of the works) together with the obtaining of all required arrangements and permits, including a legitimate construction permit or the making of a legitimate declaration of work performed if applicable as well as a permit for use with the PINB if required provisions of the law. The implementation of the work in accordance with the requirements and other information described by the Contracting Authority and included in the PFU for the design and execution of the construction, the provisions of the Construction Law of 7 July 1994, together with the subsequent amendments and accompanying regulations, regulating the activities of covering the design, construction, maintenance and determining the principles of operation of public administrations in these areas. Attention! The scope of work does not apply to this part of gas installations for equipment other than gas boilers. Devices should work in both open and closed systems of installation. The closed system shall use safety fittings (safety valves, diaphragmatic vessels and cooling hoses connected by the thermostatic valve to the water supply mains, in accordance with PN-EN 12828 or equivalent). The heating equipment supplied and fitted shall comply with the standards to ensure a minimum level of energy efficiency and emission standards as set out in the implementing measures to Directive 2009/125/EC of 21 October 2009 establishing a general rules for setting ecodesign requirements for energy-related products (in force until the end of 2020). A detailed description of the requirements of the Contracting Authority for the execution of the subject of the contract shall be defined by the Functional and Utility Programme, which is Annex 6 The Contractor shall be obliged to develop and provide the Ordering Party with a detailed implementation of the task, hereinafter referred to as the “Schedule”, no later than 3 days after the signing of the contract. A timetable must be agreed between the parties to the agreement. The schedule must contain finite elements of the work. The Contractor shall also be obliged to update it at the request of the Ordering Party within 3 working days from the date of receipt of such request. If the Schedule presented or its update does not correspond to the Contracting Authority, the Contractor shall be obliged to take into account the amendments indicated by the Contracting Authority. If, in the Contractor's assessment, the Contracting Authority's indications are incorrect, he should inform the Contracting Authority within 3 working days of receipt of the indications, stating the justification of the position presented. The item of the order is divided into two stages. Stage I the execution of documentation. Stage two delivery of assembly and commissioning of boilers. Attention! : The scope of the work does not include photovoltaic, heat pumps, and solar pumps described in the PFU.
