The purpose of this call for tenders is to renew the support by a third party of the maintenance and evolution of the Selligent application system in 2 perimeters. Scope 1 concerns the existing application of the customer relationship of IS klesia (SRM solutions SELLIGENT). Scope 2 concerns Selligent's Campaign application and the realization of mass campaigns.
