The aim of this award procedure is to procure copy paper in DIN A3 and DIN A4 formats for the years 2024 to mid-2026 for all BGHM locations.

The aim of this award procedure is to procure copy paper in DIN A3 and DIN A4 formats for the years 2024 to mid-2026 for all BGHM locations.

The contract is scheduled to start on 01.01.2024. The term of the framework agreement is 30 months. At the end of the contract period, the framework agreement ends on 30.06.2026 without the need for additional termination.

The non-binding estimated order volume for both DIN formats together is approx. 28 million over the total term of 30 months. Leaf. The quantity structure mentioned under point 1.2 (list of services) serves only as an orientation and as a basis for the providers to prepare an offer. The customer is not obliged to accept the specified quantities as a minimum purchase or may exceed them.

Regardless of the actual order quantity exercised, the orders will not exceed a sum of €400,000/net (maximum value) during the entire term of the framework agreement.

The offer prices quoted by the contractor are automatically adjusted quarterly in accordance with price developments for the product group determined by the Federal Statistical Office (DESTATIS).
