The procurement unit (subscriber) is Imatran Property and Regional Service Oy. The tenders are subject to the winter maintenance work of the sites defined in this call for tender, areas 6 to 8, in the area of the city of Imatra between 2021 and 2024. Imatran Real Estate and Regional Service Oy acts as the general contractor for the Regional Region of Imatra, and this call for tenders seeks subcontractors to supplement the company's own service production. Regions 1 to 5 are handled by the subscriber themselves; if necessary, the subscriber uses subcontractors selected by this competition in regions 1 to 5 to supplement their own service production. In the regions affected by the tender, between 6 and 8 subscribers are entitled, at their sole discretion, to work themselves to employ their own resources.

We ask for hourly debit price offers from work machines to snow work in the Imatra city area. The call for tender relates to snow plows, snow transfers, and sanding from the subscriber's sands and shells. The working machinery shall be equipped with plow equipment and ploughing bumpers or working machine traction equipment and accessories. The subscriber determines the suitability of the machine to the designated area. Installation of ploughing capes should be included in the hourly rate, their installation will not be paid separately. Capes are supplied by a subscriber.

The acquisition is divided into six (6) parts:

— Parts 1 to 3 are maintenance areas

— Part 4 is real estate destinations

— Part 5 is the treatment of snow and land dump

— Part 6 includes additional hourly work.

For sections 1 to 3, as well as 5, one (1) supplier is selected for each.

Part 4 selects a sufficient number of suppliers to meet the needs of the subscriber, depending on the number of machines offered by the providers. Subscriber puts suppliers in order of preference based on price.

Part 6 will ask for hourly rates for any additional work and select in order of preference based on price all qualifying bidders.

The criteria for selecting parts 1 to 5 is the cheapest price for bidders meeting the conditions and requirements of the invitation to tender.

Two (2) machines per area are required for parts 1 and 2 (maintenance areas 6 to 7). Part 3 (Maintenance Area 8) requires one (1) machine.

Property sites in the city of Imatra, the list is attached to the tender. The required number of machines is five to ten (5 to 10) machines. The RFQ selects a sufficient number of vendors to meet the needs of the subscriber, depending on the amount of machinery offered by the bidders. Subscriber puts suppliers in order of preference based on price.
