The city of Oelde intends to build a new multifunctional triple sports hall in the area of the intersection of Wiedenbrücker Straße and "Zur Axt". The hall will be used both as a sports hall and for events with up to 1,200 spectators. The subject of this procedure is the award of the contract for the structural work. (A more detailed description of the project can be found in section II.2.4).

The city of Oelde is planning the construction of a new multifunctional triple sports hall in the area of the intersection Wiedenbrücker Straße/"Zur Axt" in 59302 Oelde. The new building is necessary due to undercapacities of hall space in the area of the school landscape of the city of Oelde - but is also intended to serve the training and competition operations of the sports clubs at the same time. In addition to the three hall areas, the hall will also have a permanent grandstand with a capacity of 392 seats. This is supplemented by an extendable telescopic grandstand, which offers seating for 400 people and 8 wheelchair spaces plus 400 seats through seating. The site was cleared in 2021 and brought to an almost uniform height level by means of sand filling. Since then, the construction site has remained essentially untouched.

A subsoil improvement is currently being carried out on the construction site by installing vibrating tamping columns. A base course is applied to the level of the planned cleanliness layer and compacted.

The structural work published in this invitation to tender is mainly characterized by concrete work, using partial/prefabricated elements and in-situ concrete. Furthermore, they include the works from the production of the foundation floor to the parapet. The work requires a high degree of prefabrication and pre-coordination for the integration of all planning-relevant information (statics, building services, etc.).

- Bottom plate with waterproofing

- Wall constructions i. W. as filigree wall elements in combination with in-situ concrete columns

- Ceiling construction in in-situ concrete (optionally also available as filigree slabs in some areas) and prestressed concrete

- Prefabricated elements for stairs, grandstands and individual elements of the façade

- Masonry work in KS for smaller areas (changing rooms, etc.) with plaster work

- Scaffolding work in the interior (external scaffolding LK4 SW09 on site)
