1. Description of the planned action

The task is to create a fire station in the district Stücken of the municipality of Michendorf, which will support the maintenance of the fire brigade infrastructure and the increase of the

Performance and operational readiness of the fire brigade as well as the current requirements for the work,

fire, heat, sound and health protection.

A total gross budget of EUR 1,465,000 is available for the planned measure. This is the upper cost limit to be adhered to and is part of the task. The planning and execution has to bow to this budget.

It is intended to preserve the existing building and put it to another use. Opposite, on the other side of the street, at Stückener Dorfstraße 7, the barrier-free new building adapted to the needs is to be built. Currently there are 18 comrades in the OT Stücken, who do their voluntary service.

The youth fire brigade currently consists of 10 children/young people. Since May 2022, a funding decision has been available for the construction project in accordance with the Fire Brigade Infrastructure Directive. The basis of the funding decision is the design planning commissioned by the municipality of Michendorf. The design planning, as well as the funding decision, is provided. Since the new building is now to be built on the property Dorfstraße 7, and not, as planned at the time of applying for funding, on the property on which the previous fire brigade building is built, parts of the services already provided in the work phases 1 and 2 within the meaning of the HOAI 2021 will have to be provided as well as a completion of the design planning.

Some requirements in detail

o no ETICS system, no core insulation, no curtain wall

2. Energy supply

o Heat generation via renewable energy sources

o if necessary PV system on the roof

o Solar thermal energy to support water heating

3. Window

o Metal or wooden windows - no plastic

4. Acoustics

o Training rooms receive acoustic ceilings, which can be inspected and replaced

5. It must be checked whether the extinguishing water well at the existing fire station can be integrated as an emergency water supply.

The terrain design around the building must be carried out in such a way that the entire ensemble is perceived as a unit in the village structure.

2. Fee

Honorarzone: II Honorarsatz: Basissatz

It is assumed that the building to be constructed is to be assigned to fee zone II within the meaning of § 52 Abs. 2 HOAI 2021. Since the project will be realized with subsidies, the principles of economic and economical use of funds must be observed to a special degree. The basic fee will therefore have to be agreed as the fee rate.

The client reserves the right to make a final determination of the fee zone after completion of service phase 3.
