Purpose of the tender

The purpose of the tender is to conclude a Framework Agreement with three suppliers per lot. The Framework Agreements will have a term of two (2) years, with two options for an extension of one (1) year.

The intention is to have the Framework Agreements of both lots go into effect on schedule and both will be followed by an initial request for a first concrete assignment.

Scope:

The tender involves the following lots:

1. lot 1: ICT hardware;

2. lot 2: audio visual means / touch screens.
