1. The subject of the contract is accommodation for project participants under project No. RPWP.07.02.02-30-0001 / 18-00, entitled "Dissemination of technologically assisted functional diagnostics and rehabilitation of children and young adults with MPD in the Greater Poland Voivodeship" as part of the Wielkopolska Regional Operational Program for 2014-2020 co-financed from the European Social Fund.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached to the ToR.

3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the contract template attached to the ToR.

4. The Awarding Entity does not allow the submission of partial offers.

5. The Employer does not allow the submission of variants.

6. The Awarding Entity does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the PPL Act.
