Taking out a long-term loan to cover the planned budget deficit of the Waganiec Municipality.

The subject of the contract is to grant the Waganiec Commune a loan in the total amount of PLN 4,000,000.00 (in words: four million zlotys 00/100). The Waganiec Commune intends to use the loan to cover the planned budget deficit for the implementation of investment projects. The detailed scope is specified in the SWZ.
