The subject of this contract is the preparation of design documentation along with investor's cost estimates and specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and obtaining the necessary notifications/decisions for building permits for the contract entitled: Construction and modernization of road infrastructure in the center of the city of Staszów – Stage I – development of design and cost estimate documentation carried out as part of the 15 tasks listed above. The order will consist in the preparation of design documentation of the contract entitled: "Construction and modernization of road infrastructure in the center of Staszów – Stage I". The documentation should contain all necessary opinions, agreements, checks and decisions - to the extent resulting from the regulations, including: environmental decision, water law decision, building permit. On the route of the designed section, there may be local power lines, telecommunications, lighting, waterworks, gas pipelines and sanitary sewage systems. The scope of the study should also include industry projects for the reconstruction of technical infrastructure equipment along with obtaining technical conditions for the reconstruction of devices by the competent network administrators, as separate studies and approval of projects by the relevant network administrators. There may also be trees in the road lane. An inventory of trees to be felled or to carry out maintenance should be carried out or information should be given that there is no need to carry them out. If necessary, the Designer is to develop a design of the felling. Efforts should be made to reduce the need to cut down trees to the necessary minimum. The design documentation should provide for the removal of collisions with all infrastructure devices, as well as with elements of land development (trees, fences, chapels, etc.). (...)
