Purpose of the above-mentioned loan: The loan will be taken for the purposes specified in art. 89 sec.1 point 2 of the Act of 27 August 2009 on public finance (Journal of Laws. of 2022, item 1634, as amended) and indicated in the resolution No. LIX/571/23 of the City Council in Głuchołazy of May 31, 2023 on taking a bank loan.

The basis for taking out the loan: Resolution LIX/571/23 of the City Council in Głuchołazy of 31 May 2023 on taking a bank loan, Resolution No. LIII/510/22 of the City Council in Głuchołazy of 21 December 2022 on the adoption of the budget of the Głuchołazy Commune for 2023, as amended and Resolution No. LIII/509/22 of the City Council in Głuchołazy of 21 December 2022 on the adoption of a long-term financial forecast for the Commune of Głuchołazy for the years 2023-2027, as amended.

Loan amount: PLN 10,781,919 (ten million seven hundred eighty-one thousand nine hundred nineteen zlotys).

Date of taking out the loan: Starting the loan: Leaving the entire loan amount at the disposal of the Ordering Party in the period from the date of signing the contract to 28 December 2023, activated in the amounts determined on the basis of the Ordering Party's instructions
