Kirunabostäder and Kiruna Näringsfastigheter own and manage a total of approximately 2,160 apartments, 28,000 m2 of commercial premises and manage approximately 190,000 m2 of municipal premises such as schools, retirement homes, swimming pools, sports halls and the like for the Municipality of Kiruna. The framework agreement is intended to cover the client's need for cleaning services. In addition to day-to-day cleaning, there may be assignments at special events, window cleaning and other related services.
