WPF PERSPECTIVE 2021-2027 Program Katowice - Clean Air Primary School No. 51 in Katowice (ZSP No. 13) - Wyk design documentation for comprehensive thermal modernization and modernization of the building

The subject of the contract are services consisting in the preparation of design documentation for thermal modernization and modernization of the facility together with the adjacent area of the building of Primary School No. 51 with Integration Classes named after Fryderyk Chopin in the School and Preschool Complex No. 13 in Katowice at 7a Przyjazna Street

A. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in:

a) a detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as SOPZ) – Annex 7 to the SWZ,

b) in the model contract – Annex 3 to the SWZ,

B. Scope of the contract covered by the option right:

Exercising author's supervision during the implementation of construction works in the scope of developed design documentation.

The subject of the contract are services consisting in the preparation of design documentation for thermal modernization and modernization of the facility together with the adjacent area of the building of Primary School No. 51 with Integration Classes named after Fryderyk Chopin in the School and Preschool Complex No. 13 in Katowice at 7a Przyjazna Street

A. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in:

a) a detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as SOPZ) – Annex 7 to the SWZ,

b) in the model contract – Annex 3 to the SWZ,

B. The material scope of the project documentation should include the performance of the following works:

1. making an up-to-date map for design purposes,

2. execution of construction and installation inventory,

3. preparation of an expert opinion on the technical condition of the facility,

4. development of a construction project and obtaining all opinions, arrangements, decisions and other documents necessary for the proper implementation of construction works, including the Silesian Provincial Conservator of Monuments,

5. development of an executive design (divided into industries),

6. development of Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (divided into industries),

7. preparation of a bill of quantities (divided into industries and stages),

8. preparation of investor cost estimates (divided into industries and stages),

9. development of an energy audit taking into account the comprehensive thermo-modernization of the building along with the implementation of the energy performance certificate of the building,

10. development of a collective table of integrated elements (Annex 3 to SOPZ),

11. adaptation of the designed SP 51 installations to the assumptions of the study attached to the SOPZ entitled: Functional and Utility Program of the applied I&C and its integration with the "Energy and water monitoring system with the possibility of control in public utility buildings of the city of Katowice – SMiS" (Annex 1 to SOPZ),

12. exercising author's supervision during the execution of construction works on the basis of documentation prepared by the Design Unit - if the Contracting Authority obliges the Contractor in writing to exercise it, planning 10 stays of the designer on the construction site - the scope of the contract covered by the right of option.

The Contracting Authority informs that fragmentary archival design documentation is available.

Building ZSP13 (SP51) is located in a protected area: Historical layout Giszowiec housing estate – fragment of the workers' housing estate – eastern part, Register of Monuments No. A/1348/87 of 23.06.1987, design documentation is subject to agreement with the Provincial Office for the Protection of Monuments.

The Contracting Authority informs that the Contractor will be obliged to obtain, at its own expense and effort, the consents required by law from the author(s/s/heirs) of the existing design documentation

D. Scope of the contract covered by the right of option: Exercising author's supervision during the execution of construction works in the scope of the developed design documentation.
