The present tender includes a consultancy agreement on the preparation of project proposals as well as subsequent detailed design and tendering of a construction contract for the establishment of the extension of Ny Kejsergade, including a new bridge over the E45 motorway near Padborg. In addition, the tendered consultancy agreement includes construction management and supervision during execution.

In 2023, a political agreement has been reached on the implementation of the project Kejsergade's extension.

The consultancy assignment includes assistance in connection with the main contract containing a road and bridge project for the extension of Kejsergade.

The tasks of the turnkey consultant include:

• Ensuring that advisers for their own area comply with the Danish Working Environment Authority's Executive Order no. 110 of 5 February 2013 on the duties of promoters and advisers, etc. under the Working Environment Act.

• Design of roads and bridges, including project proposals, authority project, tender project and execution project.

• Interdisciplinary review, cf. ABR 18 § 23(4).

•Risk management

• Ledningskoordinering.

• Implementation of tenders for construction works in main contract.

• Projektopfølgning i udførelsesfasen.

• Byggeledelse for entreprisearbejder.

• Fagtilsyn with the main entrance prize.

• Working environment coordination during planning and design (AMK-P) and during execution (AMK-B).

• Stilladskontrol.

• 1-year overhaul

The design must be done on the basis of the sketch project, which is included in the basis of the agreement.
