The subject of this order is the delivery and assembly, together with the design and commissioning of 16 gas boilers and 15 biomass boilers (pellet) in the framework of a comprehensive performance of the investment task “Exchange of heat sources in the territory of the municipality of Sochaczew”. Each installation will produce thermal energy for the needs of its own building in which it will be installed. The order is financed under the Regional Operational Programme of Masovian Voivodeship for 2014-2020 priority axis IV transition to low-carbon economy action 4.3. Reduction of air pollution emissions subaction 4.3.1, reducing air pollution and urban mobility development. The Contractor shall, in particular, carry out the following work:

1) the implementation of construction projects (especially in the case of pellet boilers) of the contracting and post-built sanitation industry;

2) obtaining all the opinions, arrangements, permits and other documents required by specific provisions necessary to carry out construction and assembly work;

3) preparation of technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of works;

4) the provision of the necessary equipment, wires, fittings and materials;

5) the performance of the full range of works included in the projects;

6) carrying out copyright surveillance within the framework of the works carried out;

7) carrying out the necessary accompanying works (e.g. organizing a construction site; building facilities, ordering the site after works, etc.);

8) execution of a detailed plan of testing and commissioning systems;

9) commissioning and commissioning and transferring the boiler, piping and heat networks into operation;

10) to train future users of installations immediately after their launch;

11) execution of the operating instructions for the modernized boiler room, mains and heat switchgear;

12) the performance of service services during the warranty period;

13) the payment of damages for the damage caused by the Contractor in the course of carrying out construction works to the owners of the parcels on which these works were carried out;

14) repair or cover the cost of repairs damaged by the Contractor of equipment and technical networks in the building;

The following sets for installation are envisaged, in quantities:

1) set I: single-function gas boiler with hot water capacitive heater with a minimum capacity of 15kW—1set;

2) Set II: single-function gas boiler with hot water capacitive heater with a minimum capacity of 20kW—3sets;

3) Set III: single-function gas boiler with a hot water capacitive heater with a minimum capacity of 25kW—3sets;

4) IV set: single-function gas boiler with a minimum power of 25kW—1 set;

5) V set: dual-function gas boiler with a minimum power of 20 kW—2 sets;

6) Set VI: dual-function gas boiler with a minimum power of 25 kW—4 sets;

7) Set VII: dual-function gas boiler with a mini power of 30 kW—1 set;

8) Set VIII: dual-function gas boiler with a minimum power of 35kW—1 set;

9) set IX:biomass boiler (pellet) hot water capacitive heater with a minimum capacity of 10 kW—2 sets;

10) set X: biomass boiler (pellet) with hot water capacitive heater with a minimum capacity of 15 kW—1 set;

11) set XI: biomass boiler (pellet) min 15 kW—1 set;

12) set XII: biomass boiler (pellet) with hot water capacitive heater with a minimum capacity of 18 kW—3 sets;

13) set XIII: biomass boiler (pellet) with a minimum power of 18 kW—1 set;

14) XIV set: biomass boiler (pellet) with hot water capacitive heater with a minimum capacity of 20 kW—2 sets;

15) XV set: biomass boiler (pellet) with a minimum power of 20 kW—2sets;

16) Set XVI: biomass boiler (pellet) with hot water capacitive heater with a minimum capacity of 25 kW—1 set with a minimum power of 30 kW—1 set;
