The estimated cost of the works is set at 2,830,230.00 EUR excluding VAT which breaks down as follows:

- the firm tranche: 1 009 680,00 EUR excl. VAT (in 2019),

- the optional tranche 1: EUR 1 414 080,00 excl. VAT (in 2020),

- optional tranche 2: EUR 406,470.00 excluding taxes (in 2021).
