Koblenzer Bäder GmbH is planning the construction of a new indoor pool and sauna with gastronomy, located in the district of Rauental, Moselbogen. The bath and sauna will receive a usable area of approx. 11,000 m² (BFG). The enclosed space is approx. 59,000 m³.

The elongated, cuboid structure is oriented from south to north in 3 functional areas of different heights in the longitudinal direction. The first, approx. 5 m high building with changing room, staff area, foyer and cash desk area is located west of the main building. In the main building is the bathing hall with five pools, arranged from north to south: children's pool next to teaching pool, sports pool, exercise pool and diving pool.

Due to different requirements for the clear room height of the bathing area, building heights of 6.45 m - 10.20 m result for the main building.

Another building to the east of the bathing hall is also approx. 4.10 m high. It is used to accommodate equipment rooms, chlorine gas and first aid room.

The sauna and catering are housed in the western part. The sauna area is a single-storey structure up to approx. 5.00 m high and the catering area is a two-storey structure up to approx.

The subject of this invitation to tender is the tiling and waterproofing work for this purpose.
