The subject of the contract is the successive supply of reagents together with the lease of fully automated immunohematological analyzers divided into the following tasks:

a) Task No. 1 – delivery of reagents to the owned technological line together with the lease of a fully automated immunohematological analyzer – a detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annexes No. 1A and 2A to the SWZ.

b) Task No. 2 – delivery of reagents for transfusion immunology along with the lease of a fully automated immunohematological analyzer. – a detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annexes No. 1B and 2B to the SWZ.

The expiry date of reagents may not be shorter than 6 months from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party.

The expiry date of the reference blood cells may not be shorter than 4 weeks from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party.

Delivery of reagents to the existing technological line along with the lease of a fully automated immunohematology analyzer

The Ordering Party shall recognize each reagent, serum, card and small equipment as equivalent, provided that they are compatible with the technological line owned by the Ordering Party. Before signing the contract, the Contractor will present documents that confirm that the sensitivity and specificity of the tests is the same as the tests performed using the manufacturer's original reagents and that tests on the offered microcards can be carried out on the equipment owned.

The Contractor offering an equivalent subject of the contract shall assume full responsibility and all costs related to possible incompatibility with its technological line and responsibility, including financial responsibility, as part of the commissioned tests performed by the Centre.

The subject of the contract is the lease of a fully automated analyzer for research in the field of transfusion immunology using the microcolumn method, manufactured not earlier than in 2015, together with software and necessary equipment, which can be used to perform all routine tests in the field of immunohematology in blood donors in the Laboratory of Transfusion Immunology of Donor Blood Group Tests (donor blood group determinations, antibody review testing, serological control tests of collected blood, determination of phenotypes in rh, Kell, Duffy, Kidd, Lewis, P1Pk, MNS, Lutheran and BTA systems, and delivery of reagents and consumables for a period of 24 months (+12 months option).

The scope of the order also includes:

1) installation of the analyzer and its commissioning,

2) connecting the analyzer to the IBS computer program in a way that allows uninterrupted, two-way data transmission between the offered device to the IBS computer system currently used by the Ordering Party. REMARK!!! It is the Contractor's responsibility to adapt the IBS system, in consultation with its author, to receive data from the apparatus in the scope described in point 3.21.

3) training of the Ordering Party's staff in the use of equipment,

4) service inspections and validation of the analyzer at least once a year.
