Description:
Renewal of the insurance portfolio of the City, OCMW and AGB Aarschot

The contract will be placed through a competitive procedure with negotiation, based on Article 38, § 1, c of the Public Procurement Act of 17.6.2016.

This decision is motivated by: the current assignment aims to transfer the risks of the City of Aarschot, the OCMW Aarschot and the AGB Aarschot to the insurance market. The insurers each have their underwriting policy and policy conditions. Negotiating with the various insurers will lead to perfect insurance coverage at a competitive price.

The contracting authority reserves the right not to negotiate if this is not necessary on the basis of the offers received.

The specifications of the contract are not yet available in this first step.

In this first step of the placement procedure, the contracting authority will make a selection on the basis of the qualitative selection criteria to select the candidates who are admitted for further participation in the placement procedure.

This call for applications indicates on the basis of which criteria you can be selected, which documents you must include in your request to participate and how you can submit your request to participate.

The contracting authority will assess the submitted requests to participate based on the selection criteria described in this call for applications and will make a selection decision.

Candidates / service provider candidates who are not selected will be informed in accordance with the Legal Protection Act of 17.6.2013 after taking the selection decision.

The selected candidates / service providers then receive the specifications in the second step of the procedure, and they are invited to submit an offer.

An applicant / service provider may only submit one application (per lot) to participate.
