The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the area of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Zamość Branch under the conditions set out in the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385) and executive acts issued on its basis to facilities (collection points), implemented on the basis of a sales contract referred to in Article 5(1) and (2),(1) of this Act. The subject of the contract should be performed in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract of the Ordering Party (Annex No. 3A-3D to SWZ)

Supply of electricity to the NOSG Headquarters in Chełm and SG Branches in Dołhobyczów, Hrubieszów, Zbereż. Estimated amount – 671 098 kWh.

Supply of electricity to the NOSG Headquarters in Chełm and SG Branches: in Włodawa, Lubycza Królewska, Horodle, Wola Uhruska, Chłopiatyn and Siedlisko, Hniszów, Uchańka, Sobibór, Liwcze, Ślipcze, Machnów Nowy. Estimated amount – 190 645 kWh.

Supply of electricity to SG outlets in Skryhiczyn and Krylov Estimated amount of 50 094 kWh.

Supply of electricity to residential buildings in: Hrubieszów, Dołhobyczów, Skryhiczyn, Horodle, Wola Uhruska, Kryłów and Chłopiatyn Estimated amount – 6 114 kWh.
