The project envisages demolishing the western wing of the building, which was built in 1963 and 1969, and replacing it with a new building. The L-shaped extension, together with the remaining north and east wings, forms a new complex in the form of a rectangular structure with a spacious inner courtyard.
The order is awarded subject to the credit resolution of the Cantonal Parliament.

Sanitary facilities with supply and disposal lines including basic pipes, 30 classrooms with various ancillary rooms (cleaning, works, etc.), toilet facilities, cloakrooms and a catering kitchen.
