The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents along with the lease of biochemical and hematological analyzers for the needs of the Center of Pulmonology and Thoracic Surgery in Bystra, a detailed description of the subject of the contract in the assortment and quantities has been specified in the assortment and price form, constituting Annex 2 to the Terms of Contract. The scope of the contract also includes the installation and commissioning of the analyzers provided and free instruction in the operation and proper operation of employees indicated by the Ordering Party, as well as ensuring that during the lease period of the system performing ongoing maintenance free of charge, including periodic inspections / technical inspections of the system, as well as providing service for the delivered system. The minimum technical requirements that must be met by the analyzers offered are described in Annex 7 to the SWZ - technical parameters form.

The scope of the contract also includes the installation and commissioning of the analyzer and free instruction in the operation and proper operation of employees indicated by the Ordering Party, as well as ensuring that during the lease period of the system performs ongoing maintenance free of charge, including periodic inspections / technical inspections of the system, as well as providing service of the delivered system. The minimum technical requirements to be met by the offered analyzer are described in Annex 7 to the SWZ - technical parameters form.

The Ordering Party requires that the expiry date of the offered haematological reagents be not shorter than 6 months from the moment of delivery of the order to the Ordering Party.
