The subject of the contract is the supply of medicines, in the quantity and with the parameters specified in Annex 2 to the Terms of Specification to the Hospital Pharmacy. During the term of the contract (12 months from the date of signing the contract), the contracting authority also provides for tasks No. 4 to 25 and 31 and 41 2 urgent orders in the so-called "CITO" (with implementation within a maximum of 12 hours from the order). The cost of such delivery is obliged to be included in the price of the offer (of a given task/package).
