4.2.The subject of the contract should meet the quality requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680, as amended) and the requirements set out in PN-EN 590:2013-12, PN-EN 228:2013-04 The offer should be accompanied by the results of tests of the offered diesel oil carried out by an independent laboratory accredited by the Polish Centre for Accreditation authorized to conduct oil tests. The test results must confirm that the diesel fuel offered meets the minimum conditions set out above.
The supplied oil should contain the amount of bio components not greater than specified in the Act of 25 August 2006 on biocomponents and liquid biofuels (Journal of Laws 2020.1233)
