The contract consists of door-to-door transport of the groups of residents of the contracting authority mentioned in this document. The contracting authority deliberately merged the contract in view of its size. However, the assignment will not be so large that it cannot be carried out by small(er) providers.

The agreement is entered into for a period of 5 years with twice an option for a unilateral extension of 1 year. The effective date of the agreement is March 1, 2023 and ends on February 29, 2028. After this, the client can unilaterally extend the agreement by 2 times one year until 28 February 2030.
