The subject of the contract includes the collection, transport and handling of waste with the code 19 12 12 - the transferred waste 191212 constitutes a sieve fraction of > 80 mm from the treatment of mixed municipal waste (20 03 01) and from the treatment of waste from separate collection, and from the treatment of bulky waste (20 03 07).2. The estimated amount of waste to be managed will be 12000 Mg from the date of signing the contract and optionally 2000 Mg. The Ordering Party reserves the right to generate waste in a smaller amount by 20% than the above-mentioned estimated amount during the term of the contract, which will not affect the rights and obligations of the parties to this contract. The actual amount of waste will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party. Waste will be prepared in bulk.6. Waste can be collected with movable floor semi-trailers. The average loading weight for a moving floor is approx. 13 - 14Mg (data from previous years).
