The subject of the contract is, in particular, the preparation of the substrate for planting, delivery and planting of trees, shrubs, perennials, ornamental grasses, bulbous plants as well as their care, in the Municipality of Krakow (hereinafter GMK), for the Board of Urban Greenery in Krakow (hereinafter ZZM), in relation to one to six parts of the contract, covering in particular the scope described in the following Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) divided into parts corresponding respectively listed areas 1 to 6.

Part 1 of the order - includes planting trees and shrubs along with the delivery of plant material in the Municipality of Krakow in 2023 and care in 2023-2024 in parks, green areas, Jordan gardens, road lanes, residential areas in District I, II, XIV, XV. The detailed scope of works and requirements for their implementation are described in the tabular lists attached to the SWZ to calculate the offer price (cost estimates) and graphic boards.

Part 2 of the order - includes planting trees and shrubs along with the delivery of plant material in the Municipality of Krakow in 2023 and care in 2023-2024 in parks, green areas, Jordan gardens, road lanes, residential areas in District IV, V, VIII, IX, XI, XIII. The detailed scope of works and requirements for their implementation is described in the tabular lists attached to the SWZ to calculate the offer price (cost estimates) and graphic boards.

Part 3 of the order - includes planting trees, shrubs, creepers, perennials and ornamental grasses along with the delivery of plant material in the Municipality of Krakow in 2023 and care in 2023-2024 in parks, green areas, Jordan gardens, road lanes, residential areas in District III. The detailed scope of works and requirements for their implementation are described in the tabular lists attached to the SWZ to calculate the offer price (cost estimates) and graphic boards.

Part 4 of the order - includes planting trees, shrubs and climbers along with the delivery of plant material in the Municipality of Krakow in 2023 and care in the years 2023-2024 in parks, green areas, Jordan gardens, road lanes, residential areas in District V, VII, VIII, XIII. The detailed scope of works and requirements for their implementation are described in the tabular lists attached to the SWZ to calculate the offer price (cost estimates) and graphic boards.

Part 5 of the order - includes planting trees, shrubs and bulbous plants along with the delivery of plant material in the Municipality of Krakow in 2023 and care in the years 2023-2024 in parks, green areas, Jordan gardens, road lanes, residential areas in Districts XIV and XVI. The detailed scope of works and requirements for their implementation are described in the tabular lists attached to the SWZ to calculate the offer price (cost estimates) and graphic boards.

Part 6 of the order - includes planting trees, shrubs and perennials along with the delivery of plant material in the Municipality of Krakow in 2023, sowing seeds of meadow plants in 2024 and care in 2023-2024 in the Drwinka Park in Districts XI and XII.
