Ultra high performance liquid chromatography system coupled with a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer (UHPLC-MS/MS) and ultra high performance liquid chromatography system coupled with a high-resolution quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometer (UHPLC-HRMS)
UHPLC-MS/MS systemThe object of the contract is the delivery and ready-to-use installation of an ultra high performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) system coupled with a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer (UHPLC-MS/MS), including installation of the associated software on the included computer. In addition, the contractor provides expert initial instruction by suitable German-speaking personnel on the operation and functions of the system for up to three people, as well as a two-day training on the UHPLC MS/MS system for up to three users on site at the client's site. The subject matter of the contract is also the transmission of German and English language operating instructions in electronic form. Maintenance must be carried out on the system twelve months after installation is ready for operation. In addition, the contractor guarantees spare parts availability and services in the form of technical and device technical support by qualified and trained employees on working days (Monday to Friday) within the client's framework time (9:00am to 4:00pm), in German or English, both by telephone as well as at the client's site for a period of ten years after installation is ready for operation.
