The Raahe District Welfare Association's service department is requesting offers for a direct digital nativity scanner to be purchased at the Radiology Unit of the Raahe Hospital. The native imaging equipment is purchased either directly (option 1) or through a service lease (option 2). The bidder must submit bids for purchase options 1 and 2. In addition, the bidder will be asked to provide a rebate on the subscriber's old native imaging equipment. The Subscriber reserves the right to choose between the procurement options and decides on the supplier within the procurement option from the tenderer offering the most economically advantageous offer.
