1. Sector contract award proceedings shall be carried out by unlimited tender under the provisions of the Act of 11 September 2019 (OJ item 2019 as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Pzp Act.

2. Proceedings are conducted in Polish.

3. The information obligation under Article 13 (1) and (2) of the GDPR (EU) is fulfilled on the website of PGG S.A. in the GDPR tab.

4. The Contracting Authority, pursuant to Article 393 (1) (4) of the Pzp Act, shall reject an offer in which products originating in the Member States of the European Union, countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs or countries to which it applies under Council Decision the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU shall not exceed 50%.

5. Detailed description of the subject of the order and the legal requirements are set out in SWZ.

6. The subject of the contract is: Delivery of hydraulic systems controlling powered roof supports type KW/ZRP for Polska Grupa Górnicza S.A. ZRP Branch.
