As the Brønnøysund Register Centre is moving into a new building, there is a need to sign a contract with a tenderer for operational leasing of network equipment from Cisco. The aim of the procurement is to facilitate the operation of and supplements to the existing network infrastructure at the Brønnøysund Register Centre. The network infrastructure is based on Cisco components and technologies, such as ACI and DNA. Supplements and renewal of equipment and systems must therefore also be Cisco.
The procurement will cover operational leasing of hardware and associated software, maintenance services, and consultancy services.
The criteria for the selection of qualified tenderers who will be invited to submit a tender are given in the qualification documentation.
The contracts will run continually for as long as the incurred costs do not exceed the estimated value. There will be continual assessments as to whether the contracting authority is obliged to re-announce the contracts.
The leasing contract will, however, be valid for 4 years (48 months), with an option for procurement. The option will be taken up by the Brønnøysund Register Centre informing the contract parties that they would like to procure all or parts of the network equipment and associated software at least 3 months before the main period of the contract expires.
The tender documentation will be sent to the selected tenderers in phase 2 of the contest, (c.f. FOSA).
