This call for competition only concerns CAV sites located in the SICAE distribution area whose subscribed power is greater than 36 kva, i.e. C4 and C2/C3 (former yellow and green tariffs). Consultation passed pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-14 of the CCP relating to framework agreements. It is a framework agreement with subsequent contracts with no minimum and with a maximum concluded with several holders (maximum 3) (subject to a sufficient number of candidates and tenders). In the absence of multiple tenders, the contracting authority also reserves the right to award the framework agreement to a single holder. The maximum threshold is EUR 3 000 000 excluding tax for the entire duration of the framework agreement. Reaching this threshold will render this Framework Agreement null and void.
