1 Cleaning of roadway pavement and sidewalks of urban sections in the provincial road tracts administered by the District of Provincial Roads in Kętrzyn, divided into 15 parts.

2 The subject of the contract is the work carried out in the framework of the current maintenance of roads, related to the clearing of streets and footpaths in provincial road strings, divided into 15 parts, excluding winter period

3 The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal impurities, sand, mud, silt, greens, weeds, etc. from roadways and sidewalks within the District administration

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.

4 The Contractor shall perform the subject of the order according to the Description of the Subject of the Order — which is an integral part of the SIWZ.

Cleaning 4 — fold surface of roadway and walkways of urban sections in the provincial road tracts located in the village Kętrzyn (Bałtycka Street, Pocztowa, Dworcowa, Chopin, Bydgoska, Sikorskiego, Daszyńskiego, Pl. Grunwaldzki, Mickiewicza, Traugutta, Mazowiecka, Gdańsk, Kruszewiec, Roundabout Stara Różanka).

The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal impurities, sand, mud, silt, greens, weeds, etc. from roadways and sidewalks within the District administration

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.

Cleaning 4 - fold surface of roadway and walkways of urban sections in the provincial road tracts located in Lidzbark Warmiński (Olsztyńska Street, Warmińska, Dąbrowskiego).

The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal impurities, sand, mud, silt, greens, weeds, etc. from roadways and sidewalks within the District administration

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.

Cleaning 4 - fold surface of roadway and walkways of urban sections in the provincial road tracts located in Korsze (Wojska Polskiego Street, Mickiewicza).

The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal impurities, sand, mud, silt, greens, weeds, etc. from roadways and sidewalks within the District administration

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.

Cleaning 4 - fold surface of roadway and sidewalks of urban sections in the provincial road tracts located in Reszel (Chrobrego Street, Kościuszki, Mazurska, Słowiańska, Warmińska and Święta Lipka).

The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal impurities, sand, mud, silt, greens, weeds, etc. from roadways and sidewalks within the District administration

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.

Cleaning 4 - fold surface of roadway and walkways of urban sections in the provincial road tracts located in Barczewo (Wojska Polskiego Street).

The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal impurities, sand, mud, silt, greens, weeds, etc. from roadways and sidewalks within the District administration

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.

Cleaning 4 - fold surface of roadway and walkways of urban sections in the provincial road tracts located in the village Górowo Iławeckie (Wyszyńskiego Street, Wojska Polskiego, Lipowa).

The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal impurities, sand, mud, silt, greens, weeds, etc. from roadways and sidewalks within the District administration

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.

Cleaning 4 - fold surface of roadway and walkways of urban sections in the provincial road tracts located in Węgorzewo (Jaracz Street, Zamkowa, Targowa Street).

The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal impurities, sand, mud, silt, greens, weeds, etc. from roadways and sidewalks within the District administration

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.

Cleaning 4 - fold surface of roadways and walkways of urban sections in the provincial road tracts located in Ryn (Nowickiego Street, Town Hall) and cleaning 2 - fold pavement of roadways and walkways in Bogaczewo.

The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal impurities, sand, mud, silt, greens, weeds, etc. from roadways and sidewalks within the District administration

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.

Cleaning 4 - fold surface of roadway and walkways of urban sections in the provincial road tracts located in the village of Bisztynek (Findera Street, Kościuszki, Wolności Square, Polish Army).

The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal impurities, sand, mud, silt, greens, weeds, etc. from roadways and sidewalks within the District administration

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.

Cleaning 4 - fold surface of roadway and walkways of urban sections in the provincial road tracts located in the village Mikołajki (Warszawska Street).

The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal impurities, sand, mud, silt, greens, weeds, etc. from roadways and sidewalks within the District administration

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.

Cleaning 4 - fold pavement of roadways and walkways of urban sections in the provincial road tracts located in Mrągowo (Lubelska Street, Przemysłowa).

The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal impurities, sand, mud, silt, greens, weeds, etc. from roadways and sidewalks within the District administration

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.

Cleaning 4 - fold surface of roadway and walkways of urban sections in the provincial road tracts located in Biskupiec (Chrobrego Street, Kościuszki).

The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal impurities, sand, mud, silt, greens, weeds, etc. from roadways and sidewalks within the District administration

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.

Cleaning 4 - fold surface of roadways and walkways of urban sections in the provincial road tracts located in Bartoszyce (Gdańska Street, Heroerów of Warsaw, Jan Pawła II, Kętrzyńska, Poniatowski).

The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal impurities, sand, mud, silt, greens, weeds, etc. from roadways and sidewalks within the District administration

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.

Cleaning 4 - fold surface of roadways and walkways of urban sections in the provincial road tracts located in the village Jeziorany (Kopernika Street, 1 Maja, Pl. National Unity, Kajki, Coastal, Pl. Reja, Kosciuszki, Railway).

The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal impurities, sand, mud, silt, greens, weeds, etc. from roadways and sidewalks within the District administration

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.

Cleaning service 4 - fold surface of roadway and walkways of urban sections in the provincial road tracts located in Dobre Miasto (Grunwaldzka Street, Jeziorańska).

The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal impurities, sand, mud, silt, greens, weeds, etc. from roadways and sidewalks within the District administration

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.
