The purpose of the contracting authority is to select and contract one (1) tenderer for a project delivery (one-off delivery) of educational furniture including related services. For the purpose of having maintenance and / or repairs carried out, the contracting authority optionally has the option of continuing the agreement and a one-sided, optional extension option of ten (10) times one (1) year.

3.1 General

For the new school building at the Heiligestraat 78 location in Tiel, the contracting authority needs specific educational furniture. For the design and implementation of the educational furniture, the contracting authority collaborated with a furnishing consultant for technical furniture. This has resulted in a product book and material list for the educational furniture to be supplied, see also Annex VIII Product book and material list. The educational furniture within this tender is intended for different areas, see also Annex XII Drawings.

3.2 Scope of tendering

The scope of this tender is as follows:

- delivery of educational furniture in accordance with Annex VIII Product book and material list *,

- placing, assembling / installing and delivering educational furniture ready for use.

* Where a brand is mentioned in Annex VIII Product book and material list, the tenderer may also supply a product of another brand as long as it is equivalent to the specified specifications.

Optional:

- maintenance and repairs of the educational furniture for ten (10) years.

3.2.1 Principles:

- all educational furniture offered must meet the specifications in Annex VIII Product book and material list or equivalent,

- all educational furniture must be placed, assembled / installed and delivered ready for use at positions designated by the contracting authority.
